Initial R Xpert 2.4 Single use kit for radius
The implants of the Initial R™ Xpert Wrist range are intended for fixation of hand and forearm fractures, osteotomies and arthrodeses in adults.
Wrist fractures are among the most common fractures of the upper limb. To treat the different types of fractures, Newclip Technics developed the Xpert Wrist 2.4 range.
The combination of our Xpert Wrist 2.4 innovations and our single use sterile kits, Initial Solutions, we resulted in Initial R Xpert 2.4 to have a response that is suitable for emergency situations.
A plate, screws and specific instruments combined in a single kit ready at all times to allow surgeons and healthcare institutions to improve the efficacy of their operating theatres and increase their capacity.
Kits available in 13 sizes, 5 lengths, 3 widths and 3 plates dedicated to anterior marginal fractures (Volar Rim plates), for the left and right side, in order to propose a complete solution.

Initial R Xpert 2.4 kits are composed of implants and instrumentation for fractures of the distal radius. These kits include a plate for the distal radius, non-locking and locking Ø2.4 mm screws, a screwdriver, length gauge, quick coupling drill bit, threaded guide gauge, a handle for guide gauge, a polyaxial screwing guide and pins.
