ACTIV FUSE

Ankle fusion

Indications

The implants of the Activ Fuse range are intended for bone reconstruction of the ankle joint in adults including fractures fixation and arthrodeses of the ankle, distal tibia, talus, and calcaneus.

Technical features

  • 3 types of plates designed for different scenarii
  • 2 surgical approaches: anterolateral and anterior
  • Optimal design reducing the risk of soft tissue irritation

Implants

  • 3 types of  plates :
    - Anterolateral plate with 2 transfixation screws going through the joint for compression and stability optimization
    or
    - Anterior plate with 2 transfixation screws going through the joint for compression and stability optimization
    or
    - Anterior Narrow plate associated with 2 crossed screws of the Large Screws range (Ø6.0 or Ø8.0 mm) for  joint fusion stabilization
  • Fixation :
    - Ø4.0 mm locking screws, 12 to 60 mm (2mm increment)
    - Ø4.0 mm non-locking screws, 12 to 60 mm (2mm increment)
    - Ø6.5 mm cortical screws, 40 to 100 mm (5mm increment)
    - Ø6.5 mm lag screws, 40 to 100 mm (5mm increment)
