The implants from the Xpert Knee line are intended for osteosynthesis of fractures, nonunions, and malunions of the adult knee.

Newclip Technics’ Xpert Knee line specializes in fixation solutions for simple and complex tibial plateau fractures. Xpert Knee plates are designed to address the challenges posed by difficult fractures, particularly in the posterolateral, posteromedial, and posterior areas of the knee.

Xpert Knee provides comprehensive 360° fracture management based on the three-column classification, which relies on CT reconstructions to analyze fracture geometry. This classification divides the proximal tibial plateau into three segments – medial, lateral, and posterior – and categorizes fractures according to the number of involved columns (one, two, or three).

To meet the specifics of each configuration, the range offers five distinct plate models, each designed to fit a precise anatomical area.

MEDIAL PLATE

Features: Meniscal suture option thanks to the two suture holes present on the plate.

LATERAL PLATE
Available Sizes: 5
Features: Meniscal suture option thanks to the two suture holes present on the plate.
Fracture Types: Isolated lateral tibial plateau fractures or bicondylar fractures.

 

POSTERIOR PLATE
Available Sizes: 2
Fracture Types: Simple or multi-fragmentary fractures.
Features: Specifically designed for fixation of posterior fragments, also usable in complex fractures requiring a modular plate.

 

EXTRA-PROXIMAL PLATE
Available Sizes: 2
The plate is positioned in the extra-proximal zone and can be adjusted posteriorly according to the surgical requirements.
POSTEROMEDIAL PLATE
Available Sizes: 2
Fracture Types: Isolated posteromedial or bicondylar tibial plateau fractures.
