Alians Clavicle S
.

Your solution for treating clavicle fractures.

Clavicle fractures account for approximately 5% of all fractures in adults. They are particularly common in young active adults and athletes, often resulting from high-energy trauma (traffic accidents or sports-related injuries), but also occur in patients over 70 years old following low-energy trauma (fall from standing height). They are classified by location into three segments: the lateral third, the middle third, and the medial third.

The Alians Clavicle S range offers a variety of plates adapted to many types of fractures, whether simple or complex. It allows treatment from the medial to the lateral third, via superior or anterior approaches, thanks to a complete range of associated implants.

The implants in the Alians Clavicle S range are dedicated to the fixation of fractures, delayed unions, pseudarthroses, and clavicle osteotomies in adults.

clavicle fractures and osteotomies.

SUPERIOR APPROACH – EXTRA-DISTAL PLATES

Two sizes of extra-lateral superior plates are available. They are equipped with :

  • Polyaxial holes for Ø2.8 mm locking screws (in the epiphyseal area).
  • Oblong holes for Ø3.5 mm non-locking screws.
  • Holes for Ø3.5 mm locking screws and Ø3.5 mm non-locking screws (in the diaphyseal area).
SUPERIOR APPROACH – LATERAL PLATES

There are three plate models available:

  • Two sizes of non-bendable, asymmetrical, lateral superior plates (1).
  • One size of bendable, asymmetrical, lateral superior plate (2):
    • It allows better bone adaptation in cases of complex fractures and revision on pseudarthrosis.
  • One size of lateral superior plate with suture holes, asymmetrical (3):
    • It allows the complementary fixation of coracoclavicular or acromioclavicular disjunctions by suture thread.

These three plate models are equipped with:

  • Polyaxial holes for Ø2.8 mm locking screws (in the epiphyseal area).
  • Oblong holes for Ø3.5 mm non-locking screws.
  • Holes for Ø3.5 mm locking screws and Ø3.5 mm non-locking screws (in the diaphyseal area).
SUPERIOR APPROACH – MEDIO-LATERAL PLATES

There are two plate models available:

  • Two sizes of superior plates for the midshaft, asymmetrical (1):
  • One size of bendable superior plate for the lateral midshaft, asymmetrical (2):
    • Equipped with a bendable area, it allows better bone adaptation in cases of complex fractures or revision on pseudarthrosis.
    • It has lateral polyaxial holes for Ø2.8 mm locking screws in the lateral area.
  • These two plate models are also equipped with:
    • Oblong holes for Ø3.5 mm non-locking screws.
    • Holes for Ø3.5 mm locking screws and Ø3.5 mm non-locking screws.
SUPERIOR APPROACH – MIDSHAFT PLATES

Two plate models are available for treating these types of fractures:

  • Three sizes of bendable superior plates for the midshaft, asymmetrical (1).
  • Three sizes of superior plates for the midshaft, non-bendable, asymmetrical (one standard size, two smaller sizes) (2 and 3).
  • These two plate models are equipped with:
    • Oblong holes for Ø3.5 mm non-locking screws.
    • Holes for Ø3.5 mm locking screws and Ø3.5 mm non-locking screws.
SUPERIOR APPROACH – MEDIAL PLATES

One size of asymmetrical superior plate is available.

It is equipped with:

  • Polyaxial holes for Ø2.8 mm locking screws (in the medial area).
  • Oblong holes for Ø3.5 mm non-locking screws.
  • Holes for Ø3.5 mm locking screws and Ø3.5 mm non-locking screws (in the diaphyseal area).
ANTERIOR APPROACH – MIDSHAFT PLATES

There are three models of anterior approach plates:

  • Two variations of anterior plates, bendable and asymmetrical, for lateral midshaft fractures (1):
    • The first version is
equipped with mixed screws: Ø2.8 mm polyaxial locking (epiphyseal area) and Ø3.5 mm (diaphyseal area) locking or non-locking.
    • The second version only receives Ø2.8 mm screws.
  • Two variations of anterior plates, bendable and asymmetrical, for purely lateral fractures (2):
    • The first version is equipped with mixed screws: Ø2.8 mm polyaxial locking (epiphyseal area) and Ø3.5 mm (diaphyseal area) locking or non-locking.
    • The second version only receives Ø2.8 mm screws.
