Distal fracture management for experts

  • Fragment specific philososphy
  • Overview of main and recent surgical techniques
  • Practice on fractured specimens per group of 2 surgeons
    • Analysis of the case from Xray and CT scan
    • Planning of surgery
    • Osteosynthesis in the lab (all recent techniques available)
    • Analysis and debriefing

Distal radius osteotomies

Wrist osteotomies and advantages of 3D planned
Patient Specific Instrumentation (PSI)

Metacarpal phalangeal fractures

Interest of osteosynthesis using intramedullary
screws for metacarpal and phalangeal fractures

Each group will received a fractured specimen with associated imaging.

1 specimen for 2 participants
