Tibial and femoral opening and closing osteotomy plates

The implants of the Activmotion range are intended for knee osteotomy in adults.

The Activmotion S range represents this latest generation. It proposes an extensive rage of anatomical plates to maintain the bone corrections obtained by opening and closing osteotomy, on the tibia as well as the femur.

This conservative surgery allows realigning a leg, and thus transferring the mechanical constraints from the damaged sections of the joint (cartilage wear) to the healthy knee compartment. The damaged cartilage is better preserved in this manner, which delays the insertion of a prosthesis.

Our philosophy: A single plate model cannot be adapted to all patients! This is why we propose several implant sizes per plate family, as well as designs suitable for the nature of the surgery, as for example for osteotomies associated with ligamentoplasty (reconstruction of cruciate ligaments). The design of these implants as well as their positioning was specifically studied with respect to the nature of the efforts exerted on the knee, in order to propose implants of suitable sizes.

Furthermore, our solution includes a broad offer, combining reusable instruments, single use kit and cutting guide specific to the patient, in order to ensure the safety and precision of your surgical procedure.

Size 1 allows allows performing monoplanar osteotomies with up to 12 mm of correction.

Size 2 is particularly suitable for biplanar cuts and corrections greater than 12 mm.
