Alians Clavicle S Your solution for clavicle surgery
Our philosophy : A COMPLETE SOLUTION FOR THE MANAGEMENT OF FRACTURES AND OSTEOTOMIES OF THE CLAVICLE
Superior approach extra-distal plates
Superior approach lateral plates
Superior approach medio-lateral plates
Superior approach middle third plates
Superior approach medial plates
Anterior approach midshaft plates
2 sizes of superior extra lateral plates (right and left)
- Polyaxial holes for Ø2.8 mm locking screws
- Oblong hole for Ø3.5 mm non-locking screws
- Holes for Ø3.5 mm locking screws and Ø3.5 mm non-locking screws
Three plate designs are available:
- Two sizes of asymmetrical, non-formable top side plates (1).
- One size of asymmetric, formable, lateral upper plate (2):
- Allows for better bone adaptation in cases of complex fractures and revision on pseudoarthroses.
- Allows additional fixation of coracoclavicular disjunctions by suture.
- A lateral superior plate size with suture holes, asymmetric (3) :
- Allows for additional suture fixation of coracoclavicular or acromioclavicular disjunctions.
These three plate models are notably equipped with :
- Polyaxial studs for Ø2.8 mm locked screws (in the epiphyseal area).
- Oblong studs for non-locking screws Ø3.5 mm.
- Plugs for Ø3.5 mm locked screws and Ø3.5 mm unlocked screws (in the diaphyseal area).
2 sizes of superior lateral midshaft plates (right and left)
1 size of superior lateral midshaft bendable plate (right and left):
- Bending area, allows optimised adjustment in case of complex fractures and pseudoarthrosis
- Polyaxial holes for Ø2.8 mm locking screws
For the two types of plate:
- Oblong holes for Ø3.5 mm non-locking screws
- Holes for Ø3.5 mm locking screws and Ø3.5 mm non-locking screws
Superior midshaft plates:
- 1 standard size
- 2 narrow sizes
3 sizes of superior midshaft bendable plate:
- Bending area, allows optimised adjustment in case of complex fractures and pseudoarthrosis
For the two types of plate:
- Oblong holes for Ø3.5 mm non-locking screws
- Holes for Ø3.5 mm locking screws and Ø3.5 mm non-locking screws
1 size of superior medial midshaft plate
- Polyaxial holes for Ø2.8 mm locking screws
- Oblong hole for Ø3.5 mm non-locking screws
- Holes for Ø3.5 mm locking screws and Ø3.5 mm non-locking screws
Plate dedicated to midshaft:
- 1 size of anterior midshaft bendable plate (symmetrical)
Plates dedicated to lateral and midshaft positioning:
- 1 size of anterior lateral and midshaft bendable plate*
- 1 size of anterior lateral bendable plate*
- Polyaxial holes for Ø2.8 mm locking screws
- Oblong hole for Ø3.5 mm non-locking screws
- Holes for Ø3.5 mm locking screws and Ø3.5 mm non-locking screws
* Also available as totally Ø2.8 polyaxial versions
