The implants in the Alians Proximal Humerus range are designed for the osteosynthesis of fractures, dislocations, osteotomies and non-unions of the proximal humerus in adults.
The Alians Proximal Humerus range offers implants that are specifically designed to stabilize fractures of the humeral head. The plate is available in 6 different sizes to treat a wide spectrum of distal-related fractures.
A complete solution for managing proximal humerus fractures.
ALIANS PROXIMAL HUMERUS PLATES
A range of implants and instrumentation designed to reduce simple and complex fractures of the proximal humerus:
- There are six lengths of asymmetrical plates; the two longest are only available in the sterile version on request.
- The design of the plates guarantees a positioning that avoids any conflict with the joint in motion.
- Les vis proximales verrouillées (Ø5mm) se répartissent harmonieusement dans les zones de meilleure densité osseuse de la tête humérale, pour assurer plus de stabilité au montage.
- The plates are profiled to match the anatomical slope of the proximal humerus.
- The proximal locking screws (Ø5 mm) are distributed harmoniously in the areas of the humeral head with better bone density, creating a solid and stable construct.
- Each plate has osteosuture insertion and fixation zones, useful for reinserting the rotator cuff.
The key features of the Alians Clavicle S range.
- A simple range: one design, six sizes, one screw diameter and a single instrumentation
- Anatomical plate profile for optimized positioning, avoiding conflict with the acromion
- Proximal screws with blunt tips to prevent any joint penetration
- Polyaxial screws for reducing complex fractures
- Suture holes to stabilize tuberosities Instrumentation to help with implant positioning
