The Calcanheal range has been specifically designed to address the challenges associated with osteosynthesis of calcaneal fractures.
Two different approaches are covered: one design for the treatment of fractures through an extended lateral approach (featuring a design that fully covers the lateral surface of the calcaneus), and a second design dedicated to reduced and minimally invasive approaches via the sinus tarsi.
An external ghost guide has been specifically developed for the Sinus Tarsi approach. It enables percutaneous manipulation of the plate without enlarging the incision, using a visible replica of the projected plate on the surface.
The implants from the Footmotion Plating System range are dedicated to arthrodesis, fracture and osteotomy fixation, and revision foot surgeries in adults.

Our philosophy:
a complete approach to calcanneal fractures.

Four different sizes of sinus tarsi plates have been developed to meet the challenges of different types of anatomy and fractures. This range of implants has an external drill guide to enable percutaneous screw placement using a minimally invasive approach.
The holes in the four plates are compatible with locking and non-locking polyaxial screws, available in two diameters: Ø2.8 mm and Ø3.5 mm.

The implants from the Footmotion Plating System range are dedicated to arthrodesis, fracture and osteotomy fixation, and revision foot surgeries in adults. This range of plates, which are designed to treat calcaneal fractures via the extensile lateral approach, come in three sizes to best meet the anatomical variations of patients. They are also more suitable for complex fractures due to their design and size.
The holes in the three plates are compatible with locking and non-locking polyaxial screws, available in two diameters: Ø2.8 mm and Ø3.5 mm.

Key features of the Calcanheal range.
