The implants of the Initial Lapidus : Initial F Lapidus range are intended for arthrodeses, fractures and osteotomies fixation and revision surgeries of the foot in adults.

Newclip Technics proposes a wide panel of arthrodesis solutions for Lapidus arthrodesis to address the various surgical philosophies in our Footmotion Plating System range. To broaden the possibilities, we have developed our plantar implants in single use sterile version: Initial F Lapidus.

Two blisters (including a plate, screws and specific instruments) combined in a single kit ready at all times for surgeons and healthcare institutions.

Today, we propose 6 kits: 3 plate sizes for right and left sides.

Our Initial F Lapidus solutions

The Initial F Lapidus kits are composed of two blisters:

  • 1 for the implantation of the plate: plate, screws (locking and non-locking), pins, T8 screwdriver, handle, length gauge, quick coupling drill, threaded guide gauge and handle for guide gauge.
  • 1 for implantation of Ø4.0 mm headed compressive screw*: quick coupling drill, pins, 2-in-1 instrument and differential gauge for pin.

6 kits available:

  • 3 standard plate sizes for right and left sides

*The compressive screws are not available in the Initial F Lapidus kit, they are available separately in a sterile version (S-box).
