Single-use sterile kit for the radius.

The implants in the INITIAL R XPERT 2.4 range are designed for the fixation of fractures, osteotomies and arthrodesis of the hand and forearm in adults.

Wrist fractures are among the most common fractures of the upper limb. Newclip Technics has developed the Xpert Wrist 2.4 range to address different types of fractures.

By combining the Xpert Wrist 2.4 implants with its expertise in single-use sterile kits, Newclip has developed the INITIAL R XPERT 2.4 range, in order to offer a solution adapted to the emergency management of the most common wrist fractures.

These kits are available in 13 sizes, 5 lengths and 3 widths of implants for the volar approach, as well as 3 plate sizes dedicated to anterior marginal fractures (Volar Rim plates), for the left and right sides, in order to offer the most comprehensive choice of plates.

  • Instruments designed for minimally invasive surgery (MIS) that can be used with narrow plates (extra short, sizes 1 and 2) and standard plates (sizes 1, 2 and 4)
SIZE 3 PLATES

These plates have:

  • Distal edge which follows the watershed line
  • Polyaxial or monoaxial locking technology and locked oblong hole
  • Various pin holes to locate the joint space or temporarily fix fragments in the context of comminuted fractures

  • Screw orientations to reach the tip of the radial styloid
VOLAR RIM PLATES

These plates have:

  • Lateral lip facilitating positioning of the implant along the watershed line
  • Polyaxial or monoaxial screw locking technology and locked oblong hole
  • Various pin holes to locate the joint space or temporarily fix fragments in the context of comminuted fractures
