The implants of the Activ Ankle range are intended for the fixation of fractures, osteotomies and pseudarthroses of the distal and the diaphyseal fibula, the distal tibia and for the syndesmotic repair in adults.

The implants of the Activ Ankle line are intended for the fixation of fractures, osteotomies and pseudoarthroses of the distal and diaphyseal fibula, fixation of medial medial malleolus fractures and the fixation of syndesmosis in adults.

Activ Ankle is the solution for trauma treatment of medial malleolus and lateral malleolus as wells as diaphyseal fractures of the fibula. The plates are easy to bend and can therefore be adapted to a great number of fractures, while enabling early weight-bearing for the patient, in certain specific cases. The diversity of sizes and approaches offers a wide choice. The associated instruments allow the insertion of plates and screws via a colour code.

Our philosophy The treatment of ankle fractures

Activ Ankle is composed of 5 sizes of standard lateral plates for the distal fibula by lateral approach. The design of these plates allows fixing osteoporotic bone and/or complex fractures and may be used with or without management of syndesmosis.

 

Bending zones facilitate the congruence of the plate to the bone, especially on the diaphyseal portion, which presents considerable anatomic variability from one patient to another.
